INGREDIENTS

Base:

​ 1/4 Wholegrain Oats
​​ 1 tablespoon Chia seeds​
​ 1 tablespoon Flax seeds​
​ 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds​
​ 1 tablespoon Moringa Powder​ 
​ 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seed powder​
​ 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder​​
​ 4 Dates{remove seed}

Fruit Blend:

​ Beetroot {Diced/grated}
​ Avocado {chopped}
​ Banana {sliced}​

​​ Liquid:
​ Water or​
​ Greek/ ​Probiotic yoghurt​
​ Milk { Oat, Soy, Almond}

Instructions: Overnight Soak

In a Mug or Bowl, Combine all the ''Base'' Ingredients

Add enough hot water to cover the ingredients by about an inch

Mix well, Cover & Refrigerate Overnight

Morning Blend

Add the Soaked ''Overnight'' mix to a blender

Add the ''fruit blend'' to the blender

Pour in your chosen liquid {water, yoghurt or plant-based milk}

Blend until smooth. { Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid as needed}
